99 Cobra Tick/Knock Right Valve Train

Need a little technical advice from some of the gurus. About 2 months ago I notices a little tick coming from the right side of the motor. I really did not pay to much attention but it sounds as though its getting louder. Currently 66K miles on a stock block with headers intake and a few other boltons. Anyone have any ideas or past experience with this issue?

Did you have any other symptoms with the tick/knock? Was it missing, heavy vibration, loss of power? Anything like that? What was the mileage when this occured?

Realize you have 999 but the 03/04 Cobra heads are infamous for a tick.....I think it was a valve issue?
