99 cobra Idle rpm

What should a stock 99 cobra idle at in neutral, all accessories off and at operating temps?

My 01 idles around 800 rpm at operating temp. Don't know what the factory spec is.

Can you adjust the idle without a handheld tuner

No you can not adjust the idle without a tuner .
Ecm dictates idle speed .
