yeah man this was the last year they were good. In 99 they switched to a totally different ECU that you can't tune easily as well as numerous other changes. The 98's were basically 850R's with a prettier body shape (at least IMO). everything under the body panels of the 98 T5's is identical to the 850R's so parts are plentiful for em.
They were the mustang/camaro of europe and actually this car bone stock when I got it ran a 14.9 1/4 mile which I can't say for my 97 mustang GT I had back in the day... it would have gotten walked.
I want to hand the keys to an enthusiast who can appreciate what it is. It took me 3 months of searching ebay/autotrader to find this one and I really hate to let it go but we're trying to save up for a new house and anything we don't NEED has gotta go.
Always loved these cars. Back when I used to search I never saw one with a T5 and 5 speed. This is definitely a fun sedan. Good luck, someone will definitely appreciate it.
