98 Cobra vs. Auto Mach 1???

My friend just bought an Atlantic Blue 98 and was wondering how this race would go. It doesnt seemm like a 98 cobra vs. an automatic mach would be that bad of a race. If the Cobra had intake,exhaust do u think that it would win?

Yeah, thats what i said. 4.10's or 4.30's and the Cobra wins easy? Any thoughts of just intake and exhaust?

mach 1 will win if hes got just intake and exhaust, with gears he should be able to beat him tho.

You should win with a good launch...The auto Machs are pretty even with the Sn-95 Cobras just cause the auto sucks up like 25 to 30 horses...But they do have 3:55's....It's a close one IMHO...

Sorry, but the Mach 1 autos are pigs. The motor has way more potential than the slushbox will show in stock form. Now add a stall and a gear and holly crap.

Paul of Paul's High Performance had problems getting the 03 Mach1 auto in the 13's, while the 5spd was getting low 13's. Like I said it isn't the car or motor. It's the stock slushbox auto that kills them.
