98 cobra maf????

can a stock 98 cobra maf be used for a blow thru setup with a different mounting flange or will i have to use a blow thru maf?

ive got the procharger open red race valve and im not sure on the maf

2005+ Mustangs have a slot style MAF.

This is how they look. I bought one of these a few months ago. With everything they are pretty pricey.

You could but where will you fit it after the aftercooler? and if you can where will you put the BOV and where will the IAT sensor go?

The meter will peg. It should fit the piping since its 3" so will not be a restriction but there is a huge plastic bar in the middle. You will need a diablo maf extender to hook up to it so the maf can be tuned passed its capabilities.

If it were me I would just go draw-thru since you dont have a lot of room to work with.

MAF x-tender. The red part comes off and there are 4 adjustment settings.

I will put this in your other thread also since you have the same question in there. I originally only felt it was necessary to answer to why your brothers car uses his stock MAF because I thought you might want to know that those MAF's are completely different.
