I was just wondering what problems I might run into ( fitment, accessories, pulleys, wiring anything really) on this swap. Help appreciated.

I had a garage fire and had a fully built, forged, ported 98 teksid block, better than the 03 when built, and I found a 03 cobra shell. Do you have any suggestions or do you just want to know why?
He probably just wanted to know why as I think you're the first person that's asked this question on here. No need to get worked up.
Really it should just drop in. The two things that pop into my head is you'll need to figure out the alternator and IAC wiring as they're in different spots. Does the shell include the wiring? Are you planning on running the 03 ECU?
It might be worth looking up 03/04 swaps into the early models and reverse engineer the changes they had to make.
