97 to 02 4v swap

I have a 97 Turbo 4v and i was in an accident and the car was totalled. My drivetrain wasnt hurt, I found a nice 02 V6 roller any one attemped this or is it a lot of work I was thinking swap motor trans rear end ECM and wireing and ill be ready to rock again, Any thoughts?

I put a 97 cobra motor in an 02 gt auto a few years ago ran great used stock computer and everything. We tuned it for 24# injectors and swaped coil polarity and the car ran great
