97 drop top

I found a mint condition Pacific Green droptop for 9800 bills with 42,000 miles all stock. The bluebook at the dealer shows it should be 10,800. Do you think this is a good deal or not ?
I've owned 2 sn95's already and really like them. The wife says if I sell my 85 drop top I can get the 97 . What do you all think? Here is some pics of the 85.

love my 97...and it seems like a sweet deal on a low mile vert cobra. your fox looks sweet,I quess it all depends what you want to do with it.

Sounds like strong $ to me. Its for sale at a dealer? If so that explains it.

85 5.0 verts are fairly rare IIRC. I'd keep the 85, buy the 97, and sell the wife.
