97 Cobra, termi swap, 700+rwhp

Car is a 97 Triple Black Vert.

03 Termi Swap.
MMR TKO 900 trans
built 8.8 rear.

Car is ready to rock. Currently on 03 Cobra machined wheels with Nitto 555R drag radials. These will last the rest of the season... depending on how often you track the car.
On 28" slicks with skinnies up front the car yanked the wheels and ran a 10.6@136.

Paint is about 2yrs old, as is the cloth top (not the cheap vinyl top).

Miles = 77k. Car just came up from the south, super clean.
30 something on the motor. (Thinking 36k)

soo its just the 03 motor... soo not a real terminator swap since that is the only part really.... ok.. just was asking seemed a little confusing and all...good luck with the sale

Technically the transmission and differential were also swapped, but the MMR TKO 900 is a superior unit to the 03 Cobra transmission. So, that was an upgrade after the 03 tranny was sold. There is a solid axle 8.8 rear end in the car which is braced and airbagged. The 4.10 gears are on an 03 diff. The wheels and brakes were swapped as well but to clear a 15" wheel in the back they were switched to 02 GT brakes in the rear and the Cobra brakes remain in the front. I guess several parts were brought over from the 03 Cobra... but at which point do you call it a "swap" or not?

is the TKO 900 a 6 Speed?

5 speed. SPEC II Clutch. Both of them have nothing for miles on them. They work great.

I wanted to go with a 6spd initially, but honestly, the car doesn't see a lot of highway use, and these motors don't mind the RPMs at all. This transmission is bulletproof.
