97 Cobra Remote Oil Cooler

Any of you guys running a remote oil cooler? I had some bottom end damage (Shattered woodruff key) and was looking to replace mine but it is about the same price as just going with a remote cooler.

It looks like I could use the 97 GT oil filter block adapter and put a sandwich plate on that. I am combing the junk yards to find one! Then the oil cooler itself is.

I would like to road race it at some point so I was thinking the remote cooler with a thermostat would be a better way to go. Just curious if anyone else has done it yet.

Did you use the Canton adapter with the AN-10 lines? I was thinking of using the Ford Racing cooler because it comes with a built in thermostat?

I've got an oil cooler for sale from a 97gt if you want it, just pulled it off the motor last week.
