'97 Cobra motor, wiring, ecu, acc., fuel lines ....

I have a '97 Cobra engine with 55K miles. Everything is there. Wiring harness for engine and body, fuel lines and tank, all accessories, mass air sensor, manifolds, radiator, gauges, hydroboost, and ecu. I also have some other misc. pieces as well that may aid with installing the engine in a different car. I am asking $3500.

why is the motor out of the car/why are you sellling?

I have a '99 cobra with no motor. So, I bought all of the stuff I would need to put this 97 motor in my 99. I have recently come in to a 99 cobra motor and no longer need the 97. Does this make sense?
