Because you haven't posted up any pictures in the ad. It makes a difference when people can see a picture of what you're describing to them. If the seller doesn't want to put forth the effort to post pics, then that's a seller I wouldn't feel like dealing with if I was looking to buy this car, JMHO.

yeah its a little rich but you could adjust the boost-a-pump to lean it a little
It was tuned in florida in 98 degree wheather so it running a liitle rich up north, wherever it goes it should be tuned to your climate.
