1996 mystic #1859 only one i have ever seen or know of with IRS

Here is everything that is done to the car:
Smoked headlights and fog lights
Just put a set of MSD wires on it and new plugs.
BBK longtubes, offroad x-pipe, Magnaflow catback
UPR CAI (i think that is the brand)
Corbeau micro-suede black LG-1 seats (perfect condition)
Alpine head unit, new door hold pieces and a/c unit bezel
35% tint (20% on the 1/4 windows)
Black chrome Saleen replicas 18x9/10 Nitto 555 tires (maybe 2k miles)
Stock 03 cobra IRS
SCT pro racer package w/ x-cal 2
Innovate LC-1 wideband
Now, what is wrong with the car...
-There are nicks on the corner of the doors and some door dings.
-Front bumper on both sides down by the fog lights is spidering, one side has evidence of hitting something.
-Passenger side skirt is scraped up as is the very bottom of the door.
-Rear bumper has spots touched up from god knows what happened there.
-Passenger side door has scratches from where it looks like a dog jumped on it.
-And a few scratches on the roof from someone sliding something on it.
-The car had a misfire last week and i just got done checking compression and wires, the code hasnt come back yet but it very well may, this is most likely a coil pack gone bad.
-ABS light comes on because it needs the IRS specific IRS cables and the e-brake is missing the bracket(its triple zip-tied to the control arm.
-There is a vibration in the car above ~65mph, pretty sure i've diagnosed that to be the Driveshaft, i have bought new u-joints to fix that.
This car was not taken care of(amazing what people can do) and its come along way since i bought it in june.
I'm looking for something nice to drive daily, I've always liked the IS300's, so trades are welcome, but no mustangs. Car isnt perfect with a paint job and some more cleaning it would be awesome. I'm sure the paint issues will scare most away, best estimates i have seen for that would be anywhere from about 5-7k.

1990 GT Light Titanium Metallic (paint is in good shape but is old and clear is fading) Body is perfect, minus the 2 dings and paint issues. No rust at all.

For the rest, the car is gutted. I have all of the interior, i'm in the process of taking the cage down to a 6point. No front suspension, rear suspension is all there.
