96 cobra Turn signals and Hazards wont work, need help

I'm trying to put sequential tail lights in my 96 mystic cobra, now the won't work at all, i'm assuming it's a fuse but i don't know which one it is seeing as i don't have a manual but if anyone knows which fuse to pull or any other ideas
