96 Cobra, T45 trans 2nd&4th gear issues

It started about 2 weeks ago randomly. I can drive the car and put it into 2nd gear but I can only do it a certain way like if I double clutch and I have to do the same to 4th gear. If I shift fast & hard when I stomp it, it won't let me put it into those gears. Any ideas what it could be? It has a B&M adjustable short throw in it and I've had people tell me to check the adjustment screws to see if one came loose and scooted forwards. Anyone else know what it could be? Thanks for any help!

Is it grinding? Or just wont engage?

Let's say I'm driving and about to put it into 2nd gear, I push the clutch, slide it into gear and let out of the clutch and it like grinds itself out of gear (if that makes sense) I have to either shift really slowly or double clutch to get it to stay in gear.

Syncros are going. Change the fluid maybe additive in there too. That's what it's sounds like to me.

Mine intermittently pops out of second gear. Can't wait to tear it apart and see what I find.
