does anyone know how to get them to stop squeaking , chirping ,and rattling
it sounds like they are loose but they are tight as i can get them
is it a flaw in the assembly or is it something common on these cars

Could you explain "tight as you can get them?" There isn't any tightening to do, just install the pads, clips, and break them in. Some anti-squeal grease on the non-friction side of the pad is also recommended.

it may have to do with the type of pads you used also. I used the hawk ferro-carbon pads and they kind of squeel sometimes. but they stop on a dime so i don't worry. You may also need to have your rotors resurfaced or replaced.

Get your rotors turned or buy some shit that you apply to the back of pads to make em stop squealing. It only works for bout... 4.87 seconds though... so you better get em turned or get used to taking off all 4 calipers daily.
