Are you interested in a trade? I have a 1986 Blazer with a 406 sbc, blown with NAZ. It putting down about 850 rwhp. I am really looking to downgrade to something with better street manners, and just get an overall simpler and more relaxed driving experience. I am looking for something not over the top, reasonable, and with a stock motor. Your car fits the bill for me. The ANAL BLAZER is fair well known on SVTP, and would be a great truck for you. It is built on the s-10 platform, but dont let that fool you. It could drag a church to the race track and back again. It runs on corn, so make sure you can get that. I would be willing to take cash + trade to make this work. Drop me a BM and we can discuss it.

factory internals 780hp?

The stock internals on the 2jz supras are good for like 1400hp... So that number is still safe. $40k is steep for it but, it's not my car. It's worth what the buyer is willing to pay. It's a nice car, GLWS op

Actually the OE rotating assembly on that motor will take 700-800 rwhp all day and night without breaking a sweat....they were WAY over built from the factory without a doubt. Don't spin it to the moon, or rattle it with detonation, and they will run damn near forever with quality fluids. I was running a dyno for a buddy back in the day when they were new. We did single turbo swaps all of the time...600-700 rwhp was no big deal with supporting mods. 500 rwhp on the OE fuel system was the norm. Good luck with the sale, I will own one of those cars one day.

Trade for the anal blazer? It's step up. Haul more tail, bang em in the hatch and drive away faster than ever. Your call.
