I have a 94 Mustang GT that has a shift kit in the automatic transmission. I am replacing the transmission with a 98 Mustang V6 automatic transmission. The tail shaft had to be swapped but that is not the problem. When the mechanic took the car out for a test drive, he said it wasn't shifting right. He thinks it is the wiring that might be a little different even though everything plugs in like it should.
What we need to know, is there any difference on the wiring from the 94 to 98 transmission? If someone made this conversion and has any tips, let me know please.
