94-98 Steering Wheel

Hello!

Does anyone know if i can take a steering wheel out of a Ranger/Explorer/Mark 8, etc. and replace the worn out one in my 98 Cobra?

I find a lot of those in junk yards and figured It'd be a good cost effective way to replace mine.

Pretty sure you can, but they are more narrow, and not leather wrapped. LMR makes a great wheel for $250

I like the stock look. My 03 ranger had the same wheel and it felt the same as my 96 cobra and it was also leather wrapped.

They will even re wrap your wheel. These are re wraps. I have a two tone with thicker wrap a la FR500 wheel.

Mucho dinero!! You will have a lot of envious cobra owners though let me tell you, I'll be one of them. I've had this on my to do list for a while but I need to get the car better mechanically. He has a few different options, the one I want is about $650.. and I don't think that includes shipping..

I bought one of the already stitched wheels and that was not expensive. Give them a call
