93 Cobra ?'s

I am potentially trading my 2003 Cobra for a Teal 93 + Cash.

Is there anything I need to be looking for? Common problem areas?

Here is the breakdown:

E303 cam
Edelbrock Performer Heads
C&L 76mm maf
Steeda Triax shifter
New Ram clutch
Sub frame connectors
373's
Mac Rearend girdle
Ceramic coated headers
Off Road h-pipe (have factory catted h-pipe as well for passing emissions)
Flowmaster catback
White faced gauges
Auto Meter silver faced gauges for oil pressure and water temp in center vent.

Rust in the doors, and decklid. Check for prior wrecks as that effects value by a LOT. Look for all the VIN tags on all the panels. Run a carfax. The usual.
