93 cobra purchase question

So I'm looking to buy a 93 cobra.
I called on one, and it looks pretty clean. The price is right, but there is an issue with the title.
Because of the car being stolen at one point, it was re issued a title afterwards. It's still a clean title, but apparently it had to be re issued after the theft.
What are your thoughts on this?
Is this a big deal or not so much as far as value?

Re-issued title should be fine, only be wary if salvage or rebuilt title......
