I'm about to put a Moser 9" in my '03 Cobra, but have ran in to a few people that are running fox body SRA's in their 03'-04's. I understand the width is slightly narrower so it'll change backspacing on the rims slightly. Are there any other advantages/disadvantages to running the 2" narrower rear end vs. a standard width rear?

I'm doing the 9" swap right now also. What brakes are you planning to run? Also what center section and gears? Thanks

I am also going sra but can't decide on 9 or 8.8.. The only prob I can see is on the 9" you will have to fabricate all the mounting brackets for the lca's and uca's. I think I'll just go with the 8.8 they can hold really good power if done right.

You don't have to fab anything. They make them to bolt right in. You do have to get a custom driveshaft.
