9.5 PI Multi Disc L/U converter For Sale

I have a 9.5" PI Multi Disc L/U converter for sale. It came out of my 4.6L Cobra. I called PI and spoke with Mike and gave him thenumbers off of the converter and he told me it was last sent in on March 2013for a stall adjustment and a freshen up. Since I have had the car I haven't put500 miles on it and I got it in June 2013. He told me that it should stall between 3200-3500 depending on the horsepower of the engine. He said that astandard freshen up on this converter is $262.50 as long as it doesn't need anything major, which it shouldn't. This converter is $1079.26 new. It is adual bolt pattern converter. If you have any questions please let me know.Nothing wrong with the converter. It did come out of my transmission that I lost reverse in and the fluid smells like it burnt the clutches and/or band up.Mike gave me prices to freshen the converter up so if you buy the converter andthen send it in to be freshened you will still be money ahead compared tobuying a new converter.

if it is burnt then that is a lot of extra work to get it all set, PM bottom dollar on this.

PM sent. The converter ISN'T burnt....the transmission that it was attached to the clutches burnt up. Big difference.
