Question, picking up a 86 notch in a couple of weeks. It still has rear drums, what are my options for a rear disc setup? Where is the best place to get a kit from?

I have 86 SVO rear disks on my '67 mustang. These were 5-lug, 11" rotors, and were the same as 1984 thru 1990 Lincoln Mk VII.
Not sure if this is an option for you? I may still even have the axle tube brackets, since I used adapter brackets to fit them to my 8" axle.
