The car is absolutely new on the inside, and it is an extremely nice driver. Everything works, cruise, AC, heat, etc... The motor was rebuilt a few years ago, and has plenty of power with no oil consumption. The car has been re-painted and I have all of the records on the car. It has some scratches and door dings, etc.. I rate the overall condition an 85/100 (I am very anal)
It has 220k miles on it, but I challenge you to find one with 60k that's any nicer. The rebuilt motor has 60k on it. The first person that comes to look at it in person will buy it.
