Just for reference, that same exact setup you mentioned, except with 400 lph walbro pumps and -8 feed, -6 return, I made 662 rwhp and 560 rwtq with a 2.2 KB and supporting mods. You may run out if fuel at the top of the pull with your present setup, but it should be good for 550 or 600 rwhp. Just a guess. Good luck.

I have seen 700 on returnless set up's running GT pumps and BAP and 80's with upgraded line and wiring and Fore Hat.

I would think it would be possible to hit 700 with them set up for return.

Hmm, that's pretty damned good for GT pumps. I didn't give them enough credit. I need a bigger blower and a billet hat. Good luck OP. What size blower are you going to run?

My mods are below, I'm on E85, and made 607 RWHP when it was 105 degrees. Looking forward to getting back on there when it's cooler.

dont waste your time on the stock fuel line....upgrade at least to a 8an. Its alot cheaper than a motor. You cant even stick a pencil thru the stock line.......
