As long as both pairs are on the same invoice, the mail in rebate is valid. As far as shipping goes, we do not ship to our local stores. They receive so many factory orders in a day that there is a high probability that your tires may be resold to another customer by accident. Tires purchased from us mail order can be installed through America's Tire/Discount Tire Co. for only $19.99 per tire. This price includes lifetime balance and rotation as well as free flat repair.
