Anyone read last months MM&FF there is an artical about a 7.0-7.5 L expirimental engine? Its a push rod engine currently in a roush drag car making 800 rwhp on e-85? supposed to be intigrated into fords line up in the next few years anyone have any info?

there has been some mention of it before in other threads. i highly doubt we will ever see that motor in a production mustang. ford builds many motors, most of them we never here about, because they never go anywhere.
however the knowledge gained from this application i am positive we will see in a production mustang. best guess right now would put a similar engine into a future special edition mustang sometime after 2010 model year. during this time the mustang gt(2010/11) will most likely have the 5.8 boss motor as its base engine.
