6R80 transmission swap

I'm looking to find out if a 6r80 from a 5.4 will fit a 5.0 coyote. Wanting to do a swap from mt82.

Not sure about this either, as good as the 6r80 is I would expect to see it going in everything from GT500's to terminators and so on. Must be a holdback in getting them to work with everything, maybe electronics/programming.

Th400 or 4r70 if yu want over drive
I was manual car then switched to 6r80 and then switched to th400 and love it

The last thing I read was that there are no stand alone controllers available yet. I can't say enough good things about the 6R80 from a street/strip standpoint.
