6r80 swap - dies when i try to put it in gear. Thoughts?

So i just got done doing my 6R swap.

car idles fine and whatnot, but dies when i try to put it in drive, or reverse.

we left the clutch assembly in place. so would this have anything to do with it, or would it be tune related?

Unplugged the sensors on the clutch, still dies when I try to move it into gear. All in the tune?

Either tune or seen on other FORD's same concern with the converter always trying to lock and stalling the vehicle. Has been TCC noids, don't know if these have one or not.

Mine did that. Was the tune.
