69 pulley will not fit over the supercharger snout

trying to install my 69mm pulley on vmp tvs and it wont slide over the snout. how can i fix this?

i thought they machined down the snout to fit the pulleys? do you have the actual vmp tvs or the roush tvs ?

The VMP TVS about should be machines down to accept smaller pulleys. I don't know how small of a pulley it will accept though. I looked on VMPs website and the 69mm is an option so I would assume it should fit.

Have you measured the ID of the pulley and the OD of the snout? Are there any burrs that may prohibit it from fitting? Lastly, call Justin if it won't fit. I'm sure he will do you right!

69mm pulley fit fine on mine. Is there a buildup of powdercoat or something on the inside of the pulley that you could knock down or remove?
