So I'm planning on installing a 3.0 pulley on my tvs. Car has a stock lower and should see 15-16lbs with the pulley. I want to tune it for e85 also. Will my 60s be enough to handle it?
I believe I should be seeing about 600-625hp on e85. Am I right?

Thanks

Assuming that boost level provides ~74 lb/min of airflow...

Lambda: 0.78
Injectors: 60lb/hr
Peak airflow: 74lb/min
Required base fuel pressure: 70psi
Effective injector size @ 70psi: 80lb/hr
Required lb/hr from fuel pump(s): 577lb/hr

Yea I know I'll want more but I'm gonna do this in phases

Phase 1: Lethal return fuel system with dual Walbro 465s, 3.0 pulley, jlt hb, tune for e85.

Phase 2: 4lb lower, gt500 throttle body, id1000s.

If I can be put the 3.0 pulley and make 625 with e85 that'll keep me entertained for a while.

Why ID1000 theres cheaper injectors in th 80 range that will work fine with the tvs,you wont tax the 80's with the tvs
I on the other hand need id1000 in a bad way.I RUN THE SD80'S AT WELL OVER 700 RW

A couple of guys with setups like mine have said that 80s would be close to maxing out at 20+lbs and about 700hp on e85. What hp are 80s capable of on e85?

I think I would throw down the money for injectors in phase 1. Then you shouldn't even need a retune for phase 2. Save yourself a dyno tune.

I don't think the 625 will keep you entertained for long now when you're just a pulley swap away from another 100 rwhp. I went from 17lbs 91 octane, to 17lbs e85, to 18.5lb e85, to 20lb e85 and I still want more. The stuff is awesome.

You will max 60's at around 550-600rwhp on e85 depending on setup, boost level and base pressure. The more boost you run the sooner you will max the injectors obviously.

I went from sd80's to bosch 1000cc injectors which are pretty affordable, way better injector than the sd80's, better drivability, gas mileage and lots of head room on corn which you want. You are close to maxing 80s at 700rwhp on corn, too close for comfort for me anyway.

Sounds about right, my 1000cc injectors were maxing at 800+ rwhp, 19-20lbs of boost on the dyno so we backed pressure down and up'd the timing to make 766rwhp on 16psi. With the volume of fuel your moving with e85 the overall boost level affects hp potential a lot more than gas. As pressure in the rail goes up to compensate for boost pressure in the cylinder, overall flow from the pumps are affected more.

Haha. I hear you hp is like a drug. I'm at 550hp right now and car feels slow now. If the id1000s weren't so damn expensive I would get them right away.
