Looking at the two pics on the bottom it would indicate that it does. They don't mention it. But if you try to look for the harness separate it doesn't appear you can buy them. Maybe that price does include the harnesses?

Ok I was wrong. That link is for 99-04 Lightnings that apparently don't require harnesses. They do have a listing for $389.95 for '03-'04 Cobras with harnesses.
