Just as the title says, post up your 60' and how you got your car to pull that off.

Example- I pulled off a 1.8 60' by reving up to 4k rpm and dumping the clutch with Bfg Dr's. (Only an example i did not do this). I want to see what you guys did to pull this off, cause im gonna be at the track next weekend with Dr's for the first time and just see what you pulled.

1.73 .. 28psi in 275/50/15 Et Street Radials, eibach drag lanch springs, lakewood 50/50's out back, upr lowers.. mild burnout, 5k and just a bit of clutch slip.

stock axles, otherwise mid 1.6's would have been possible.

Nice! Im hoping my car gets traction with the Bfg's Dr's, 275/40/17 at 4k launch.

ummm you're saying you're almost cutting 1.6's on street radials or DR's?

And a bolt on 96' cobra would get more than enough traction with BFG DR's at even a 5K dump.

not drag radials, et streets. their dot approved, but basically a slick with a couple grooves in it.

even on 17" dr's, you'd have to have some good prep to dead hook off a 5k DR launch. ET streets are another story...

with 315/17 nittos i cut a best of 1.77 w/ 4.30s stock rear end. most of the time it cut 1.81s tho. 15psi. dropping the clutch a 3.8k with a very healthy burn out before lining up.

i just put on some 50/50 shocks, LCAs, and slapped on some pro stars with 275/50/15 MT et street radials. going to the track tomorrow to see if i can get a better 60'. i'll post up tomorrow evening.

mickey thompson call their drag radials "ET STREET RADIALS," i'm pretty sure thats what boorail was talking about. they also have their "ET DRAGS" and "ET STREETS"

1.82 on Regular 555Extreems 285/40/17s
2500RPM rolling it out with a little clutch slip.

Switched to Nitto DRs and only had 1 launch better than that and not by much.

Difference,
The street tire launch was still with all stock suspension other than the Pro-kit.

The DRs were added after the P/H-bar and MM suspension stuff.

1.74 on 17" Nitto DR's. With upper and lower CA and disconnected sway bar

1.77 on 15" BFG DR's. Didn't like these. Skinnies up front and no sway bar.

1.55 on 26x10 ET Drags. Full drag suspension. 6700-7100rpm launch.

I love the race car launch so much more. lol

Stage, press trans brake button.
First yellow light, let off transbrake botton, delay box takes over the trans brake.
Put foot to the floor, set at 3500RPMs
If I timed it right, light goes green and car launches itself/

1.3 60'

And you better have your head resting back when this happens....

2.06 60' on Yokohama AVS ES100's at 20 psi, , 3.73's, and slipping the clutch out of the hole at 3300 RPM. This is the first run in the video below in my signature, at Atco you have to drive through the water box and my rear was in such bad shape I was only spinning the right rear during my burnout.

What I do is get to the tree as soon as I can before the other guy. Then I bring it up to 2500rpm or so and start raising the clutch slowly. As soon as I feel it start to engauge (RPM drops 200 or so) I hold it right there then bring the rpm up to about 4500-5000. I then at the same time drop the clutch and floor it. I find that if I pop the clutch right from the floor it shocks the tires and it spins. I can likely launch it even higher and bring my 60' down to 1.55 or so
