Hey guys. I'm trying to do a 6 to 8 rib pulley swap on my 96 cobra. Im wanting to swap the 8 rib pulleys of 2000 expedition 5.4 2V to my 96 4V to help belt slip on centri charger. What I found so far is I had to make a spacer to shim out the 6 rib alternator pulley to fit my truck. The pulley was touching the alt case. Was told it was a straight bolt on swap. Also heard depends the part # on the pulleys. What concerns me is the 8 rib going to be aligned on the car since I need a spacer for the truck. Any info would be great. Thanks!
