Ok so ive gone thru many posts here and other sites and there seems to be no real answers. I ask what 6 piston upgrade front calipers without buying the complete kit are available. I have seen some Brembo and otheres with kits but not just the calipers. I have seen ford focus rs and Cadillac and Corvette that maybe the same but not with out some modifications. Ford Focus is a European thing and not available. Are there any 6 piston just calipers that are available or fit and more affordable than Brembo? all i can find are complete Kits and the last time I tried Brembo Pads they were the worst preforming pads Ive ever had.

I did find the Wilwoods separate calipers but its unclear if they are a direct bolt on, and not clear if you have to use Wilwood pads only.

For Baer 6p is a model but could not find any separate calipers with part# for mustang.

Ok thank you, that is out of my price range and it is not a direct bolt on without adapter, I think Wilwoods are but not sure, going to give them a call on Monday. There is also a brand with Speedmaster logo but I think it is a Wilwood caliper..

The bracket bolts to the spindle. Caliper bolts to bracket. Bracket is never removed again. Even for pad changes.

I think the only kit you're going to get that's bolt on like you're wanting is the 2000R. And it's a 4 piston.

My issue with Wilwood has always been that you are locked into running their rotors. You can't just walk into a parts store and get what your need.

I could be wrong but I believe this is the same for their pads. I found a thread ages ago that claimed their pads were the same design as an Eclipse but never proved it out.

Honestly I think a 6P setup is overkill for anyone not tracking their car competitively.

Have you considered the ATS/XTS swap?

I went ATS with the S&S kit and it's hands down the best bang for the buck 4P kit out there.

The XTS kit with rear adapter brackets is an even better option. 14in 4P setup with 13in in the rear. You have to run 18in wheels though.
