5th and 6th gear trouble

when in 5th it will pop out and it will not go into 6th any ideas would be appreciated.

Does it grind when you go to put it into 6th?

Bent shift fork more than likely... They are cast aluminum and bend easily if you bang gears like I do. Get the Billet steel shift forks if you're gonna open it up.

Mgw,no grinding just will not go in.A bent fork is what I was thinking also. I should probably upgrade the forks and pads. Thanks guys.
