I was there I was one of the guys riding around with a beret and a 9mm hand gun. It sucked for me because I had to work.
Unreal pics. I can not believe they let you get that close.

My favorite plane too. It may not be the fastest, nor maneuver the best, but the looks alone are phenomenal.
Do you know Shane Larsen in the K9 element? He's a good friend of mine.
That's a combination of being military and being on the other side of the "ropes" and a zoom lens.

That F-4U is a 5 (N) model used durring Korea. You can see the radar dome attached to the right wing. The other main diffrence (when compared to the earlier F4U's) is the 6 Browning 50cals were replaced with 4 20mm cannons.
I miss having the B-1Bs around, there were quite a few stationed here at McConnel AFB for many years, they puled them out and replaced them with more KC-135's :nonono:
