5 speed in a 95-96 ish T Bird.

I was thinking of dopping a DOHC in a 96 t bird with a 5 speed trans, how difficult would this be and what parts also would be needed? I am about sick of my stang and am thinking of selling it as a roller and putting the driveline in a t bird. :shrug:

go for it. search over on TCCoA, there is a ton of info on both the DOHC swap and the T-45 swap.
