14321-9

15319-8

The 14xxx-8 rods are made of 4340

The 15xxx-8 is a new version of the same rod made from 300M Alloy steel

The most commonly used rod by any reputable engine builder for a forced induction 5.4/5.8 engine is the 14321-8 part number. I think the 15xxx-8 rods have only been made available recently, as I think Manley's scheduled release of them was only a few weeks ago.
