5.0 Aluminator S/C in a 96 Cobra

has anyone done the conversion or knows anything about what it's going to take to make it work and most importantally how much!

how much horsepower can it hold? looks like a nice setup for the price, only thing i'm not big on are the rods that it comes with

When i did by 4.6 10:1 aluminator i called frpp and talked to them and they said they stopped testing the motor at 700hp (probably crank) and said there was no signs of any issues.

I'd safely say 700-800 crank so 6-700 wheel. if not more.

i tried calling frpp and can't get anyone on the phone, the 4.6 aluminator was all forged the 5.0 aluminator has forged pistons and hbeam rods, not sure why the rods aren't forged

just got off the phone, the guy i spoke with was very helpful....its a forged bottom end and so far people are running 700-750hp flywheel without a problem from what he said, some are making more, but there's not enough data/feedback to put an exact number on it, he really stressed having a good tune to have it work right....
