DO these use a regular mid pipe?

If they are the stock JBA's (and they appear to be although the color is off from what mine were when new), yes, they will work with any standard mid-pipe.

These will not work with a stock mid-pipe. These are mid-length headers not shorties and will require a jba 6632 h-pipe.
