I received the contract and talked to Sharon Shaw who is running the event this year along with Ed S.

It's the same deal as the 3 previous years we have hosted this event:
We need 15 people to host the event and work during both days.
As before Family members and friends are welcome.
Please post up if your interested in doing this event.
We need to confirm our commitment and return the contract to the NMRA ASAP.
