does anyone know where the plug on the left side plugs into not the neutral saftey switch.

What shifter do you have? I used the NSS on my shifter.
That is one of the two main connectors for the 4R70W harness. You have no connector on the 03 Cobra body harness to plug that into. If you are using a manual valvebody, you will need to transfer wires from the main circular connector to the large main square connector. Break out the meter and compare with the T-56 harness.
im using computer controlled. im using the stock shifter.also where does the wires from the shifter go also?
