I have a Lentech 4R70W trans with a 9 1/2 converter stalled around 2600, i shipped it off to Circle D to have the converter stalled to my new setup now it's 3700 stall....had it shipped back and went to install it today, there's now a 1 inch gap between the converter and flywheel, the trans. guy said he wouldn't install it due to the 1 inch gap or put a 1 inch spacer b/c it will stress out the bolts and possibly tear up the spline's, etc, so i called Circle D and talked to Chris and he said it was normal "common" to have a 1 in gap on a Lentech 4R70W. I know Chris know's his stuff when it come's to tranny's, but i had 3 other trans. guy's said it's not right, I don't understand why it doesn't fit correctly like i had it before. NEED SOME ADVICE!!
