$4.99 chrome rim mod

Took the paint off the inside of my chrome rims using lacquer thinner. Decided to do just the 2.5" lip behind the spokes.

30 minutes each including cleaning and polishing time.

Looks a lot better. Thanks for everyone's input in prior threads:-D

Under the paint, the rim actually has a chrome finish although not as shiny and smooth as the outer portion of the rim. Makes the rims look deeper with more chrome showing
