I have a brand new set of 4:10 gears that I orginally bought for my 03 Cobra. While doing some research I realized that these parts will also fit in my 13 GT500. Would like some thoughts and opinions on what would be the benefits and drawbacks to installing these gears. I know from other posts I have seen, some are recommending 3:73 gears in the GT500s.

As far as rpm difference, I would not be afraid of the 4.10s. I am sure I would never look back. Now after saying that, gears are only $200.

i am sure it would add a little fun factor, 4:10s are not my favorite gear, but with a 6spd they aren't bad...i would say get some drag radials if you do not already, because you will be doing alot of spinning...also..i know this doesn't really matter, but this will affect your 200 mph tops speed lol...

All around gear/daily driving/lots of highway 3.73's. In your face fun, torque insanity with some strip use (w/ DR's) 4.10's. I love my 4.10's so far in my 2013 but not w/o a widened wheel/tire or DR's.

I have had 4.10s since I've owned the car.
Haven't felt the need to change at all.

Highway cruising I still see about 22-23 mpg.

If you have a 13' it seems that most of those guys are unhappy with 3.73 swaps and tend to go 4.10. The 13's are geared differently at the transmission than previous years, so 4.10 seem to put them closer to the sweet spot with 20" wheels. If you plan to run a smaller drag wheel set up, you might want to take that into consideration before you swap gears though.
There are quite a few posts in the 13 GT500 section about this, you might get better advice there since the majority of posters actually have the 13.

Yeah, like PistolWhip said, the 13's have the Viper 5th and 6th gear ratios, which make the 4.10's much more street friendly. The 6th gear is at a .50 to 1 ratio. Pretty darn good for cruising with 4.10's.
