3v single turbo?

anyone know what about a new gt with single 76 should make on pump. its my buddys they said it made 603rwhp on 18# but it wont do anything till 4500 rpms feels like a 4 cylinder up to that point. alot of times seems like it goes to 15# sometimes to 18#. feels like shit, has built motor not sure specs

its a stick, and i am selling my twin kit just havent got pics waiting on tuner so i can get pics

thats just a big turbo, you'll need alot of fuel for it and alot of timing to get it to spool, maybe use spray to spool it, or a snow performance kit.
