I'm thinking about getting this for the front of my car vs the bra I have on there now. It uses an adhesive, and I am concerned about the long term effects on paint. I was going to put it on the front bumper and front of hood.

Anyone have any experience with this or used it for a long time?

Thanks.

It is great. I have had it on my car for 5 years now. It really needs to be installed by a professional as any dirt or hair will show through it.;-)

+1 on the professional install. Had to have it replaced on my front bumper and the guy simply peeled it off and installed another piece. I've heard if it's not factory paint and you have to remove it for whatever reason, it could be trouble.

Body shop heated mine with a hair dryer before respraying the rear bumper cover. They said it came right off and there was zero damage to the paint. I don't have it on the front $700 local price for the film plus install!! I can think of a million other things to do with the $$, so I use a vinyl bra when I do highway trips and don't tailgate in town.
