351 Windsor Spark Plug Question

I have a 351W crate motor installed in my 89 GT. This engine was built by an engine company. I am almost finished with the whole car (can't wait to post some pics). I changed all the plugs today and noticed that almost every plug had a different gap.

Does anyone know the correct gap measurement for this engine?

i gapped the plugs in my 347 at .45 thousands

i think stock gap is about .35? I'm gapping them to .55" in my 351W and turning the timing up abit.

The engine manufacturer recommended .045.
